Downtown neighborhoods are an important part of sustainable growth in Union County and help define our communities and quality of life. Union County is home to a number of downtowns, including Uptown Marysville, Downtown Richwood, Uptown Plain City, and Downtown Milford Center.

The Union County-Marysville Economic Development Partnership works to advise local governments and community stakeholders on issues affecting the economic viability of our downtown neighborhoods. We tackle important issues such as the redevelopment of dilapidated or underutilized properties, renovation of upper-level residential space, walkability and pedestrian safety, neighborhood aesthetics, events and promotions, and business viability.
